Scope and Contents Contains daily entries of debits and credits at a Connecticut general store to be transferred to account books. The manuscript entries, made between July 1801 and April 1802, record purchases of a wide variety of goods, including spices, spoons, kettles, rum, thimbles, meat, knives, ribbon, and stockings.
